for Goss Magnum, Harris V15 Web presses in a state of art print facility in Houston, Texas.
Greensheet, a well known 30 million-dollar a year print advertising
company, is seeking a Lead Press Operator - Second Press
Operator. We are looking for an individual who has an
impeccable work ethic and who desires a stable and rewarding
career. Ideal candidates can register 4 color work, plate cocking
and have knowledge of pagination.
Please note the shift is: 12 Hour Schedule... 3:00 pm - 3:00 am
with rotating days: 3 days one week, 4 days the next week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set ink/water balance on press to achieve correct
color balance and density
• Change press plates, set paper rollers and
blankets
• Responsible for basic maintenance of press,
including cleaning of equipment
• Identify problems on the press, implement
solutions and maintain productions standards in
a timely manner
Working Conditions:
• AC/Heated Pressroom

Equipment Used:
•Cobra Mike
•Feeler Gauges

IVlin Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years Web Offset Lithographic Press
experience
• Folder and stacker experience
• Good math skills are essential; must also be able
to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds.
• Good understanding of printing processes and
workflows.
