drill a new test to the Fllenbergcr
lime in the Geo. lb Lafosse ranch
territory. The l'itzer & West No.
1, ( eo. DeLafosse, was showing
for a flic(l producer, possibly two
or three hundred barrels before
shot'in the Fllenbergcr formation
at 1453 fiat, when explosion of a
nitro-glycerin shell 1,000 feet off
bottom collapsed casing and opera-
tor- wa re unable to clear the hole
and shortt'the well or even get a
Creek sand that started flowing
10 barrels hourly from 1590 feet
with 11 feet of sand drilled and
stopped in sand. The well is lo-
cated near center of north half of
south half section 207, E.T.R.R.
and opens a new area to the north,
as the third producer of the opera-
tors on the lease is drilled 500 feet
north of No. 4, which is 500 feet
north of No. 3 on the same lease.
This may bring the Charter Oil ft
Gas Co. lease on J. P. Vickers and
completion. Well was located in ; the A. K. Fpponauer lease on J. P.
