Camp Fire Executives
Meet with Group
Mrs. Fred Stockdale of Flaskell,
area executive, and Claire Bar-
ricks, New York, field executive
■for district t which includes Tex-
as, Oklahoma, New Mexico and
Louisiana, were in Albany Tues-
day to conduct a school of instruc-
tion in Camp Fire for mothers,
leaders and sponsors, which was
held at the American Legion hall
at <2 o'clock iri the afternoon.
Those present were Mrs. I. W.
Sowell, Mrs. Geo. Sazarria, Mrs. A.
N. Crownover, Mrs. Arthur Adams,
Mrs. Wayne Wylie and daughter,
Margaret.
Later in the afternoon they met
with the Tanda Camp Fire girls
and discussed the reorganization
of the group into a Horizon club.
At 7:.'!0 they met with the
executive board at tiie Legion hall.
Duties of officers of the board
were given and plans formulated
for financing Camp Fire work in j
Albany as a part of the We t Tex
as area of Camp Fire girls.
Members of the board present
were Sam Webb, Rev. .1. A. Owen,
Mrs. Kd Dodge, Mrs. C. C. White,
Mrs. Arthur Adams, Maxme Calm,
Mae Delle Morris, Mrs. Wayne
Wylie, president of the American
Legion Auxiliary, sponsor of
Camp Fire in Albany.
