A. Tbe natural look it in—
and tho picturn is of you! So,
wear your hair and make-up in
the usual way. If you ait about
to try n new hairdo inyway,
decide on it at laatf a week
before your picture it taken, so
you can get used to it and be
sure you like it. On tbe big day,
be sure your hair is clean and
your makeup perfect Use a
light-colored lipstick. Wear a

a simple collar or round neck
and a minimum of jewelry. The

A. It's hard to lose weight-
especially when everyone else 1*
eating ice cream and candy. But
there are lots of thinp you can
do. Most important, start with
a visit to your doctor and get
his permission. Take your own
lunch to school, if possible.
Then, you can put in celery and
carrot sticks instead of potato
chips, and an apple instead of
cookies. Drink skim milk. If
you have to buy your luncb,
avoid starchy foods, fried foods,
and desserts. Avoid talking
about your diet. You won't be
calling attention to your weight
problem and besides, food will
seem less important to you
then. When you go out after
school, order a low calorie soft
drink. Sip it slowly and no one
will notice that you're dieting—
until they see the results!
