can quite realize that Mike, Jr.
has grown up. However, he is now
all of 27 years old and spent 54
months in the Army, part of the
time in the Southwest Pacific
where he was captain of an anti-
aircraft outfit.
Mike is a comparatively new
resident of the section, having
moved to 5810 Belmont with his
wife, Kittye, four months ago. He
was born in Houston and received
his Bachelor of Business Adminis-
tration degree from the Univer-
sity of Texas in 1940.
As head of the Retailers' Serv-
ice Department of the Schuh-
macher Co., he handles retail store
accounting and is editor of Retail
Facts, a monthly publication for
the grocery trade.
Mike is a member of the Episco-
pal Church. His hobby is hunting
and he also goes in for golf when
he has time. Most any Saturday
afternoon finds him at the out-
standing football game in the
State.
