SECOND ANNIVERSARY
Two years ago the Southwestern Times began its career as little
more than an idea. We have watched it grow month by month and
year by year into the modern, progressive newspaper that it is
today. The University State Bank feels that the Southwestern
area is fortunate in having such a fearless publication to champion
its causes and foster community spirit.
We are happy to have this opportunity to wish it well on this, its
second anniversary.
