Hellcat News
The Editor would like to inform the members of the Association of the great
job Bill Comfort is doing on getting the Convention underway. Bill is giving much
of his time and money to make this Second Convention a success and we suggest
that you give him the credit he so richly deserves when you see him at Chicago.
The Editor is paid for his work but Bill's output is gratis and because of his
interest in the Division Association and his desire to see it live.
MAIL CALL: E. A. Blackford, Hq. 17th, writes that he has just completed a two-
week tour of active duty at Fort Knox. While at Knox he met General Allen and
Col. John Evans; both assured Gene that they would be at the Convention. Capt.
Walsh, 66th, is also a member of the 3rd AD which as you know is now commanded
by General Allen..,..Pat Harness, Ex Division Secretary, tells us that Bill Cooper,
CCB, is running for Congress in Dallas, Texas and that Drew Pearson has men-
tioned Bill's fight for housing for veterans in one of his recent columns. Pat is
still real estate editor for the Washington Post and Washington correspondent for
three trade magazines. Col. Riley Ennis, CCA, is still with Military Intelligence
at the Pentagon and Bill Boehmer, CCA, is in Alaska but is expected back about
Christmas. Warren Graham, 119th, is with a construction company in Arlington,
Va. John McCall, Div. Hq., is with the government and has just moved to Branch-
ville, Md., from Louisville, Ky.
N. R. Sego, 43rd, is in Germany with the 12th Tank Co. (M) and is a Tank Re-
covery driver. Also in this same company are Capt. Ogden Fox and Sgt. Mike
Weaver, 23rd. Ralph Mulvanity, 43rd Regt.,is Post Ord. Officer of Wetzlar Mili-
tary Post. Capt. Butler, 43rd, is now S-2 of the 18th Inf. Regt Bill Poulos, 152nd,
