wrong with me." Well, in plain
English", the doctor replied.
'you're just lazy." Okay," said
the man. "Now give me the
medical term so I can tell my
wife."
C COMPANY
Nice booster from Dave
Golden and from Cliff Oberg,
we have a change of address, it
is now: 9655 S. W. McKinzie,
Apt. 33, Tigard, OR 97233. A
card from Gerry Roche saying:
'Things almost back to normal
here, the golf courses are get-
ting back in shape. The heavy
spring rains razed hell with
them and made it very difficult
to cut the fairways. I'm not tak-
ing my clubs to San Antonio or
Colorado, may pack my shoes
and a few balls and rent if I
play. San Antonio looks like a
swell place to visit and I want
to take it all in. Haven't heard
from Ken Brown.
(Jeepers, I sure hope we get
at least a foursome from our
outfit like the last two years
cause it sure was a lot of fun -
Dick).
D COMPANY
Joseph Navarette with dues
and booster, and Albert Her-
rschaft with dues, a booster and
change of address, it is now:
10010 San Pedro, San Antonio,
TX 78216. He also sent a short
saying: 'Have been (and still
am) continually traveling for
my company for the past 6
months. Three months mail
reached me all at once.
Not much news this time, but
it's to be expected, what with
the biggest event of the year
about to occur our minds are
more on how we are going to
maximize our fun in so short a
time as the time seems to go so
much faster at a runion. With
that, I leave you with a little
story:
Mr. X came home from work
early and found his wife in bed
with a handsome young man.
Just as Mr. X was about to
storm out, she stopped him and
said, 'Before you leave, I'd like
you to know how this happened.
'When I was driving home from
shopping this afternoon, I hit a
hole in the pavement. The hole
was filled with water. Great
blobs of mud spattered all over
this man. Without a trace of
anger he looked at me and said
'What rotten luck, I have a very
important meeting this after-
noon and just look at me!' 'I
told him that I was terribly
sorry and offered to clean him
up. He seemed grateful, and I
brought him home. 'He undress-
ed in the bathroom and I hand-
ed him the bathrobe I bought
you for Christmas a few years
ago. It no longer closes in front
because of your pot belly. While
this clothes were drying I gave

him lunch - the casserole you
missed last night because you
decided to go out with the guys
after work. He said it was the
best home-cooked meal he had
had in months. I told him it
was the first compliment I had
received about my cooking in
years. We talked while I pressed
his shirt and it was wonderful
to have a conversation with a
man who seemed interested in
what I had to say. Suddenly he
noticed the ironing board was®
wobbly. I had asked you a
dozen times to fix it, but you
were always too busy!" The man
fixed the ironing board in 10
minutes, and then he actually
put the tools away. 'As he was
about to leave he asked with a
smile, 'Is there anything else
your husband has neglected
lately?' and that is the end of
my story! HAPPY REUNION!
