Recipe for Barley Flour Biscuits
2 cups Barley Flour
1-2 teaspoonfull salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons fat
2-8 cup milk
Sift the ingredients together, rub in the fat
and add liquid until a soft dough is formed.
Roll to about 8-4 of an inch thick, cut with a
cooky culler and bake in a hot oven.
