Mrs. U. P. Aldrich came in

Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Stephens
are enjoying a visit from their
son, FranK, wife and baby, of
Galveston. FranK brought his
radio with him and has it install-
ed there, and now "listening in"
is enjoyed by the whole family.
The Christian Endeavor Dis-
trict President, Vernon M. Stark,
of Brazoria; District Treasurer,
Travis Martin, of Bay City, and
Geo. E. Williams, Houston Dis-
trict Publicity Chairman, also
Intermediate Superintendent for
city of Houston, were visitors at
the Endeavor meeting Sunday
evening.

indulged in and the delicious re-
freshments served were equally
as much enjoyed.
A Deputy Collecter will be at
the Palacios State Bank Wednes-
day, Feb. 20th, and will assist
tax payers in filling out their
1923 income tax returns.

out charge and everyone should
avail themselves of this opportu-

a deputy to return before March
