The American Bi Centennial
will culminate in a grand
celebration this next July 4.
For two years, the American
people, have been planning; this
gala event and trying to get
everyone in the nation
involved.
The average American citizen
has had the Bi Centennial
Celebration thrown at him from
every side. Television specials
are created on the theme of
great Americans' lives. Every
night, a brief episode from
history is shown on T.V. in a
"minute. Essay contests
abound. Even the National
Football League is offering .1
prize lor a contest the} are
sponsoring.
The American Bi < entennial

Maybe, a nice, quiet, old fash

Americans want rather than a
large celebration. Why don't
we ask them what they want?)
