shall 1-e abrogated, canceled or in-
validated by change of any kind in
the boundaries thereof. After any
change in lioundai ies. the governing

the necessity of an additional election,

nnd collect ad valorem taxes <-n a I
taxable property within the bound-
aries of the diatrict as changed, for
the purpoaea of the maintenance of

bonded indebtedness outstanding

allocated to, such district or any
territory therein, in the amount, at
the rate, or not to exceed the rate,
