The citizens of Albany showed
their patriotism this week in a
grand rally for Old CJlory. A flag
polo was raised on Main Street
and at 2 o'clock Wednesday after-
noon they raised the American
flag. The business men closed their
stores, the public school marched
down in a body, the Albany Hand
played and the school children
sang "America" and "Dixie," af-
ter which Judge Pyoss and others
made talks.
T. F. Hroylos was here from
Kolian Thursday.
Mrs. W. A. Carter of Sod wick
visited in the rity this week.
Merrick Pavis was in from the
ranch Monday, buying ranch sup-
