Seaquist's Braford Fourth At San Antonio;
Dale Coe Recovering From A Broken Nose
By LANOY GUNN
MIKE SEAQUIST, Palacios' young Future Farmer who
had the grand champ at the Matagorda County Fair & Live-
stock Show last year, entered three steers in the San Antonio
Fat Stock Show and one placed fourth, a 900-pound Braford
selling for 35 cents a pound. Congratulations, Mike,
"BOO" COE's daughter, DALE, recovering from a broken
nose. Our sympathy goes out to this young lady and we
hope she is now able to open those discolored puffed-up eyes.

... I Just Couldn't Believe It!"
.. And Alice Said ..."
"... And After All These Years!"
.. The Price Simply Floored Me. .
IT'S NO SCANDAL!
Alice merely stated that after all these years, her husband finally decided
they needed two cars. He found a little gem at BAY CITY AUTO &
SALES and the low price floored him! We told him. . . We sold him. . .
AND NOW EVERYONE IS HAPPY!!!
They had a '54 FORD V-8 TUDOR with that wonderful overdrive and it
was two-toned, and you should see how nice it ran. Do you know that they
only wanted $1095 for that wonderful car. I wonder if it is still there?
Right next to it was a '53 FORD CLUB COUPE that really did hit my eye.
It wasn't but $895 too. I don't see how they can take that kind of price
for a '53 car like that.
That pretty Green CHEWY with the good tires and that No-Clutch, what
you call it transmission, would make somebody a perfect family car. Don't
remember what model it was but it was nice.
I'll bet the McSniffers would really light into that Big Beautiful Bunch of
LINCOLN HARD 101' CAPRI. Did you know that it had electric win-
dows, Hydramatic transmission and all leather Upholstery and every-
thing else in the book. Wow! They told me that it cost $5000 new and
they just wanted $1495 for it now.
No Kiddin' Kid. They have some real deals down there . . . And What a
Car—That Power Packed '56 Ford!
