Shackelford County will re-
ceive sealed bills on the fol-
lowing equipment, same bids to
be opened publicly in the Dis-
trict Courtroom of Shackel-
ford County, Texas, Septem-
ber 14, 1064, at 10 o'clock:
One ncv Diesel fi cylinder
crawler tractor with front end
loader, direct starting motor
with HP rating one less than
75 at rated RFM. Transmis-
sion will be of the power-shift
type for forward and reverse
travel. Loader bucket will
have a standard SAE rating
of not less than 1H yard ca-
pacity. Scarifier to he rear
mounted with minimum of
four shanks and cab operated.
Minimum overall weight to be
not less than 20,000 pounds
complete with bucket antl scar-
ifier. Tractor will be equip-
ped with all standard equip-
ment including (1 roller track
frame.
The fol'owing equipment is
to he taken as trade-in on the
