What is the most
important th ng you
will learn this year?
I think the most important thing I
will learn this year will be good
social skills. You can use them all of
your life. If you have good social
skills then people will want to be
around you more and it will make
you a better citizen.

Imagine you could
be any superhero.
If I was a superhero, I would be
have the power of super strength. I
would save as many people as
possible by lifting heavy objects and
moving things around. My muscles
would be so big that I was the
strongest man alive. My muscles
would even have muscles. I would
be so cool. My costume would be
purple and black. All the girls would
like me.

Tomorrow

My superhero would be Ms. Infinity!
She can do everything! She can fly,
turn invisible, shrink, stretch, run
fast, have x-ray vision and fire
power-everything! One night I went
to sleep and when I woke up I was
Ms. Infinity! It was so cool. I was
saving people by flying n and
stretching to catch them from
falling. The next day I was back to
my old self, but my day as a
superhero was super fun!
Mia Briones age 10
Describe the best
dream you have
ever dreamed.
My favorite dream was when i was
riding in a roller coaster. We went
around a loop-de-loop and I fell off.
I started to fall, but then I started
to fly! I gathered up all my energy
and put my arms out, like
Superman. I was soaring so high
that I could see all the white, fluffy
clouds around me. As I was moving
through a big cloud, I saw
something black and furry. It was a
bird and it hit me! I woke up and
said to myself, "That was the best
dream ever."
Brendan O'Neill age 10
The best dream I ever had started
when I was playing in my own
backyard. I was trying to catch a
tiny, red ball when I tripped over a
monsterous rock. The rock
dislodged and I discovered a secret
entrance below it! I cautiously
climbed down the tunnel and was
shocked by what I found. There I
was a yellow lake that glistened in
the sunlight. Near the lake was a
tree with pink and blue leaves. I
wanted to explore this new land,
but then I woke up. It was the best
dream I ever had.
