What do you
look for in a
friend?
The things I look for in a friend:
they have a good heart, they laugh
at your jokes, and they don't lie.
My friends will play with you, and
they talk with you when you are
sad. My friend will also help you and
do things with you.
Kaitlynn B. age 9
I wouldn't like a bossy friend. I
don't want a friend that disagrees
with me. I would not like a friend
that I would have to run after. I
want a friend who likes animals. I
wouldn't want a friend that is lazy
or makes me jealous. I certainly
want a friend that will try new
things.
ClotildeT. age 8
The things I look for in a friend is
that when I have a problem she can
help me solve that problem. When
I trip and fall or I am hurt she is
always by my side helping me. We
will never fight and always get along.
We will always agree on what to do
or what not to do. I have always
wanted a friend that is smart and
I will want a friend that will play
with me and let me have stuff like
toys. My friend will let me borrow
stuff like video games. My friend
will also let me borrow pencils for
homework.
Jorge I. age 10
I would like someone that would
play with me everyday. I would not
have a friend that bully's me. I
would not have a friend that lies. I
would like my friend because he
would share with me. I would not
have a friend that would not share
or have a friend that would steal
from me.
