Sealed proposals will be received at the
office of the Secretary of State, at Aus-
tin, Tex., until 2 o'clock, p. m., on the
4th day of September, A. D., 1906, from
residents of the State of Texas, to prtnt
and bind the laws and journals or the
Senate and House of Representatives,
and to do such other printing and bind-
ing, and to furnish such stationery as
may be needed by any department of the
Slate Government, or either House of
the Legislature, under the provisions of
t tle K8, Revised Statutes. Separate pro-
pcsals shall be made to furnish the sta-
tionery and to do the i inting and bind-
ing. The State departments and institu-
tions will be divided into three groups:
North Texas, South Texas and Austin.
