Resolved, That we, the members of the
Northwestern Ouio Editorial Association,
refuse frotn this date to give any foreign
advertiser a special position in our papers,
and that we will not sen-t a copy of our
paper to such foreign advertiser, unless he
pays full price for the same, tvhtn the
contract is less than $20.
Unsolved, That we will hereafter maks
it a point in contracting with fireian ad-
vertisers to fix the prices so that they will
net us as good prices as we charge our reg-
ular home advertisers,
Resotved, That it be the duty of each
membur of this Association to inform by
mail his brethren when a delinquent sub-
scriber moves into his county or town;
also, that he inform the members of the
Association of any dishonest advertisers
with whom he has had dealings.
