respective parcels of abutting land

in the units upon which the
particular parcels of property abut
the amounts of benefits to tho respective
parcels of property by means

upon which tho particular property
abuts tho regularity of tho proceedings
with reference to such Improvements
the apportionment of he cost

nined and after such hearings assessments
will by ordinance be
made and levied and such hearings

persons owning or claiming any property

of said streets highways avenues
and or alleys described in Section
II of this Resolution as well as all
owning or claiming any Interest in
such property Such hearing shall be
given and held on tho 23rd
day of May 1953 at 730 oclock
P M at City Hall of Tho City
of Tulia Texas and tho City
Secretary is hereby directed to give
notice of tho time and place of such
hearing and of other matters and
facts In accordance with the terms
and provisions of Article 1105B
RCS 1925 ns amended which has
been adopted by tho City of Tulla
Texas Such notice shall be by advertisement
Inserted at least three
times in a newspaper published in
the City of Tulla Texas tho first
publication shall bo made at least
ten days before the said hearing
said notice shall comply with and
be in accordance with the terms and
provisions of this resolution and
said Act as amended

on this the 6th day of May 1953
