Sir:
In response to your letter under
date of Sept. 4, relative to the matter
of distributing tick eradication lit-
erature during the Bell County Fair,
you are advised that your sugges-
tion* are approved
The suggestion Is offered that you
confer with the secretary of the Bell
County Fair and endeavor to secure
suitable space for preparing a booth
within or as near as possible to the
live stock division. It is believed
that we can arranre for providing a
miniature dipping vat. We will also
supply a liberal amount of tick erad-
ication literature and if, in your opin-
ion, it will be advisable, we can sup-
ply you with one set of our tick
lecture charts. In order that you
n ay become familiar with the charts,
tt will be possible for some member
rf this force to assist you at the be-
ginning of the fair ln order that you
may be able to handle the matter
rfter the first day of the fair.
You may keep this matter in mind
arid advise from time to time what-
ever further arrangements should be
made by this office.
Very respectfully.
H. GRAFKE,
Inspector, ln Charge.
