to answer a rctitlon filed in said
Court on the 6th day of April A Dj
1940 in a suit numbered on the
docket of said Court as Mo 2338
wherein Tommlo C Myers Is Plain-
tiff and Opal B Myers is Defend-
ant and said petition alleging suit
for divorce and to dissolve the bonds
of matrimony between plaintiff and
defendant plaintiff alleging that de-
fendant was guilty of excesses cruej
treatment and outrages toward plain-
tiff of such a nature as to render
their further living together insup-
portable Plaintiff seeks custody of
minor son of plaintiff and defendant
Herein fail not and have you be
fore said Court at its aforesaid next
regular term this writ with your
