"He is my Doctor who cures my Disease."
DR. CHEEK'S SALUTARUS, No. 1, No. 2
and No. 3, effectually removes the cause of dis
ease by external applications, and their effects are
•8 follows:—If applied to the system, they promote
a gentle and durable perspiration subduing the most
obstinate fevers; they speedily effect a cure in ch.lls
-or ague and fever, and by their powerful action on
the skin often overcome rheumatism of long stand-
ing by one application; they have cured fits and
palsy by restoring a healthy action to the skin, and
Siving the blood a free circulation ; in all chronic
iseases they give relief on the first application, and
in thousands of instances have effected perfect cures
after all other remedies have failed—in proof of these
statements, hundreds of the most respectable testi-
monials from different States of the (Jnion might be
adduced. Also, Cheek's Preparation of Quick Lime,
connected with the bathing, will kill and cure vene-
real ulcers in from five to ten days ; nor has it ever
failed, when properly applied, in effecting peimanent
cures in cases of cancers, king's evil, white swellings,
and ulcers of every description—whether they be of
long standing, or merely incipient. Ail of which
may be founa on the corner of Terran and Abasolo
streets, at the sign of " Cheek's Medicines."
