All persons who are still indebted to
the city of Brenham for taxes are here-
by notified that they mast call and set-
tle the same at my office, at McFatland
& Aven's Wkstore, within ten days-
after which time I shall proceed to levy
upon property and sell as required by
law.
Real estate, as well as personal prop-
erty may be levied on aid sold for taxes
under the present law, within thirty
