checked for proper in-

cold, before normal
heat buildup begins^
Cold inflation is the a-

Rites For
Mother Of
Local Man
Funeral services
were conducted for
F. W. (Vera) Layman
of Waxahachie; mother
of B. T. Layman of
Cedar Hill, Monday,
December 10, at 2 p.m.
Rev. Richman, pas-
tor of First Methodist
Church in Waxahachie
officiated at the ser-
vices in Boze-Mitchell
Funeral Chapel in
Waxahachie.
Burial was in Red
Oak.
Mrs. Layman died
Saturday, December 8,
in Waxahachie Hospi-
tal.
Mrs. Layman, 74,
was born in Red Oak
September 6,, 1899.
She and her husband
lived all of their lives
in the South Dallas
County and North El-
lis County areas. They
lived on the outskirts
of Cedar Hill for ap-
proximately 20 years.
Pallbearers were
nephews of Mrs. Lay-
man. They were Larry
Yarborougn, James
Yarborough, R. C.
Lawrance, Otta Lee
Sims, J. B. Sims and
Leo Fallen.
Survivors include
her husband, F. W.
Layman of Waxahachie;
three sons, B. T. Lay-
man of Cedar Hill, W.
E. Layman of Mem-
phis , Tennessee and
James H. Layman of
Augusta, Georgia; five
grandsons; and one
great-granddaughter.
Studies have indica-
ted that extremely un-
derinflated tires might
be a contributing fac-
tor in dangerous
"cross over" accidents-
on the highway. The
Tire Industry Safety
Council says drivers
should always maintain
proper inflation less
they wish to risk be-
coming a contributing
statistic for further
accident research.

HELP SAVE
M STAY COMFORTABLE AT 68° f.l
HOW?
When 30 degrees F. air is heated to 68 degrees F. The
volume of the air is increased tremendously, but the
grains of moisture in the air are the same, thus making
the warmer air drier and hungry for water. When
water evaporates from your skin to the dry air, you
have a sensation of being very cold.
SOLUTION: INSTALL A HUMIDIFIER IN YOUR
SYSTEM TO ADD WATER TO THE DRY AIR.
WHEN THE AIR HAS ALL THE WATER IT
NEEDS, IT WILL NOT EVAPORATE FROM YOUR.
SKIN.
You can install it or we will install it for you.
A humidifier is available for every budget.
