will address the citizens of Burton
Sunday. Mr. Schuetze is an advo-
cate of the gold standard, but is
supporting Sayers for congress. The
sixteen to oner's of Burton have re-
quested Brenham to send a champion
of the white metal to divide time
with Mr. Scuetze and this may be
done.

Mr. R. S. Fanner will have charge
of the ice delivery this season. Ice
will be sold at the lee Factory as *
heretofore, also up town in Dwyer
building. It is oar desire to give
good weights and prompt delivery,
any complaints to the contrary wUl
receive prompt attention if made at
Ice Factory or ice mill office.

factory or up town place of sale,
will be from 7 a. m. to 12 a. m. and v
from 4 p. m. to 6 p. m. Orders can

Lyons were in the city Friday. Mr.
Welch informed the Banner that!
300 voters in his precinct have signed
a petition for a Bryan and Sewall
club which will be organized next
week. It is the intention of the!
club to visit Caldwell on the 29th
inst., the day that Governor Hogg
speaks there, with its full strength.
The trip will be made on horse
back, with flags and music as accom-
paniment.
