At a conference of United States
military officers, state and city au-
thorities and representatives of the
Carransa and Villa governments,
hrld here secretly today, it was re-
quested by the Villa delegation that
General Francisco Villa and his
brother Hipolito Villa, financial
agent of the Villa government, be
permitted to cross the border un-
harrassed by legal, criminal or civil
action.
In return for the Immunity of the
Villa brothers the Villa delegation
promised that a new chief would be
elected to head the Villa movement
and pledged the leader, when select-

city of Brenham, the following de-
scribed property, to-wlt;
All that certain tract or parcel of
land situated in the city of Brenham,
Washington county, Texas, being
part of the lot 4 of a five-acre tract
out of the Hurt's addition to the
city of Brenham, and Is a part of the
lot conveyed to W. A. Wood by T.
J. Pampel, and is bounded as fol-
lows: Beginning at the 8. W. cor-
ner of a lot conveyed to E. C. Brown
in the north boundary line of a
street, thence north parallel with
High street, 88 feet to the south
boundary line of A. M. E. church
property, which is also tho north-

itary training camp for students*
business and professional men of
tho Southern States, patterned af-
ter the one conducted at PlattS-
burg, N. Y., last summer Is to b«
established next April at Fort Og-
lethorpe, Ga., near Chattanooga,
Tenn., it was announced here last
night by Major General Leonard
Wood, commander of the department
of tile East, who will have direct su-
pervision over tho camp.
General Wood said It was planned
to keep the camp open four weeks
for business and professional men
and that, if applications warrant, a
second camp will be opened early In
May, to be continued until June.
The camp for students will be open-
ed July 5, to last five weeks. There-
after, If conditions .warrant, the
camps will be continued.
