_ Meet Theseus! He has a special name for a special fellow! He’s an I8-
month-old Lab mix whose previous owners brought him to the SPCA of
* Texas because they had too many animals and just couldn't give him the
care and attention that he deserved. Theseus is one of our special needs pets because he is
heartworm positive, but his treatments are FREE to his new family at a Metroplex-area VCA
Animal Hospital after he is adopted. This will provide the best total care for heartworm
positive dogs like Theseus in treatment, as they’ll have access to emergency care and
overnight stays if necessary. This young, affectionate boy is not your typical teenage Lab.
He is very mellow and easygoing, and he has excellent manners! While he does enjoy
playtime and sharing his toys with his favorite people, he is calm, cool and collected most
of the time. He loves to cuddle up beside you, so please come down to the SPCA of
Texas today and see if Theseus is the perfect pup for your family! He is also a VIP (Very
Important Pet) because he has been waiting for his new, loving home for more than 30
days, and he has a special adoption price of $50! # 102655

PIPER
This gorgeous gal
is Dinah! She’s a
6-year-old,I
Domestic
Shorthair mix with a soft, velvety tabby tur coal
with beautiful brown and black tabby markings.
Don’t you just love her stunning green eyes. Dinah is
just as cuddly as she looks! She can be a little shy at
first, but once she is comfortable around you, she
loves to pur while you give her gentle chin and head
scratches. She’ll let you know she’s enjoying the
attention when she kneads her little paws in her kitty
bed. Dinah is a big lap cat weighing nearly 17
pounds! Once you take this sweet lady home, be
sure to contact your vet to ensure that Dinah is on a
healthy eating plan. Dinah is a very laidback, quiet
kitty who just wants to lounge around and be
your companion for the rest of her life! Dinah
was brought to the SPCA of Texas on April 2 because
her previous family had some health concerns, and
they were no longer able to care for her. Please come
see her soon at the SPCA of Texas! # 103687
