"Over the Tea Cups."
The spiciest gossip and the brightest wit is called
forth by a cUp of good tea. That is the reason of the
popularity of such functions as "High Teas." Tea
clears the brain and makes conversation flow lightly
and easily.
We make a specialty of fine teas. We rather pride
ourselves on being connoisseurs of tea. We do not buy
tea on its appearance or upon what the drummer tells
us about it. We draw it and taste it and are governed
in our selection solely by its cnp qualities.
We have a peculiarly choice lot of teas, including
Ceylon, Formosa, Oolong, Gunpowder and Young Hy-
son. We especially call your attention to onr Ceylon
tea, which is something anusually rich and rare. Cey
Ion tea is getting to be all the rage. Its consumption
in America has doubled within a year. a good Ceylon
is the most fragrant, delicately flavored tea that there
is. And then we have a mixed tea, composed cl Cey-
lon, Oolong and Gunpowder, exquisitely blended after
a formula ot our own. We call it "The Arcadia
Blend." Our price for it is 80c a pound, but it is the
91.00 quality.
