COM MISSION EUV COURT.
The examination of G. S. Brower was
ontinued, but ihe contention of the at-
torneys was so frequent that little pro-
gress was made with the witness. The
question of the eligibility of the cora-
musioner from El Paso was brought up,
and the court seruied to be divided, but
the majority expressed the opinion that
inasmuch as lie was on the boud of the
outraetors, it would not be admissible
for him to vote when the question came
up for legal determination. Some free
and animated dis usslon then followed,
aud the judge did not kuow if the court
would lesumc in the morning or not.
The judge and three commissioners
constitu e a court, and this court house
matter should be finished to at to put the
county to as little cost as possible,, if ili>-
peoplc are to have a any in the matter.
The county judge's opinion on the pre-
viaus ques ion will be given tliit morning
at 9 o clock.
