HAPPY
NEW YEAR
This is my resolutions for 1991.1
would keep my room and locker clean.
Try to keep my grades up above a 70
so I can try out for cheerleading. Try
to keep my name off the board. Be
nice to my friends and other pople.
Not to be in tutorials any more. And
try to change my handwriting. And to
stop fussing so much. And to stop
talking back to my brother Roy. and
to stop getting in trouble.
RELETHA REED
My New Year’s Resolutions arc to
stop biting my nails and get better
grades and not to get into much trouble
at school, home and to slay friends
with Diana, Virginia and Stephanie.
These are my New Years resolutions
I intend to keep for the New Year of
91.

My New years resolutions for 1991
arc: I will try to keep my room clean
it. also I will through out the garbage
when it needs to be thrown. Iwill
wash dishes 5 times a month. I will
set the table every other month. I will
finish my homework evertime before
I go out. I will keep my mom and dad
happy. I also will bring my grades up!
MIQUEL CHAPA
These arc my New Years Resolu-
tions that I am going to try to achieve.
Turn in all my work on time. Pass all
subjects. Get no detentions. Make
high achicvmcnt or honor roll.
JAMES DANIEL
My New Years Resolutions arc to:
make high achievement, not to get
into I.S.S., not to say shutup as much,
to study for tests more, not to gel into
any fights.
KELLY SHARP
My New Years Rcsoultutions are:
I want to quit bitting my fingernails.
I want my sisters to quit getting me in
trouble. I want to start .keeping my
room clean. I want to be in 1st chair
all year. I want to be a good student
and child.
JAMI IL SCOTT
•
My New Years Resolutions arc I
don’t want to get a detention in 1991.
To stay on the honor roll. Stay out of
I.S.S. To be nice to the teachers so
they will be nice to me. I hope I can
accomplish all of my New Years
Resolutions for 1991.
NATHAN CULWELL
This new Year I will try very hard
to keep my New Years resolutions. I
will try to keep my lockerclean. I will
also try to be as nice as possible to
everyone. To not get my name on the
board. I will keep it in consideration
that when I talk about other people
that they will probably talk about me.
When I do talk about others, if they
find out, I should say I am sorry. Also
don't take a book for its cover. I found
that out this year. I will also try not to
get jelous of my friends. You never
know I may can keep all my prom-
ises.
AMANDA GARRISON
New years Resolutions are hard to
keep, some resolutions I don’t want o
keep are: (1) try not to be last chair in
band, (2) try not to be in tutorials, (3)
try not to be absent any days, (4) try
not to get my name on the board, (5)
try not to have anv problems with
friends, (6) try not to flunk any
subjects, (7) try not to have any late
work papers. Some resolutions I do
want to keep are: (1) try to improve
my writing, (2) try to improve my
grades, (3) try to improve my class
skills, (4) try to be on the high
achievement, (5) try to have a clean
record, (6) improve my reading, (8)
try to improve playing on my band
instrument.
GRISELDA RESENDEZ
For the 1991 year I'll try to keep
my New Years Resolutions from not
failing. These are the things I will try
not to do. I will try not to get in
trouble and try not to get any deten-
tions for the 1991 school year. These
arc the things I will do. I will do the
things I am told to do. I will also try
to do the best I can.
STEPHANIE SUBEALDEA
New Years Resolution is hard to
keep. (1) Try to keep out of turorials,
(2) to keep my grades up, (3) try to
pass six grade, (4) try to get no de-
tention, (5) to have a good year of
1991,(6) and not to get in I.S.S. atall,
(7)to stay in band.

I think it's hard to keep new Year's
Resolutions but I'm planning to stay
out of trouble, which is impossible to
do. I'm going to bring my grades up,
which is easy but I just don't want to.
I'm going to try to pass to the next
grade. I'm going to try to keep my
locker clean.
VIRGINIA CARBAJAL
This is my New Year’s Resolu-
tions. I am going to keep my grades
up. I want to be on high achievement
all year. I also want to be a better
person. I want to try to get along with
my sister.
JENNIFER GRESHAM
I will try to keep my room clean all
year and the house. I will try to keep
my mom happy so she won't scream
at me. "I will" bring my grades up and
keep them up, so I can get out of my
room, and play and go anywhere I
want; and so I won't have to wash
dishes or clean the house. But I will
help my mom wash dishes anyway.
JIMMY DON BULLOCK
My New Years Resolutions that I
plan to accomplish in the year 1991.
To make the honor roll, to pass
sixth grade, to make first chair in
band, to be a better claimct player, to
be the fastest runner, to try to be a
good basketball player, to learn how
to stop talking to much, to be a whole
new person, to try to remember things,
to keep patient, to learn how to write
in cursive, to be a smarter person, to
study for test, to go see my grand-
mother.
TORIE L. CALHOUN
My New Years Resolutions is to
stop bitting my nails, make better
grades, clean my room , stay out of
trouble at school and home, and keep
my friendship with Norma, Amy,
Stcphianac, and Virgina always. I
intend to always keep my New Years
Resolution 4 ever.
DIANA MORENO
•
My resolutions for next year. Is
that I will not get I.S.S. or get in
trouble about letters like I did in 6th
grade. Also I will not fail a class in the
6th or 7th. I will not get in a fight with
no one. The thing I want to do is.. .1
will try to get on the honor roll and
stay on there. I also want to keep Mrs.
Anderson as my science and spelling
teacher no other teachers but, her
only. Have a locker buy myself. I
want to play basketball and run track.
ETTA MAE KELLY
The New Years Resolutions that I
am going to make are not very hard if
I practice. One thing I want to do is to
make friends and to be a friend. The
second thing that I want to do is make
better grades and cut down on de-
tention.
