to the rim at one end, a hub connected to the
other end of the spokes, a frame comprising
front and rear forks diverging from the hub, 40
a reach connecting the divergent ends of the
forks, handle bars carried by one of the
forks, a saddle carried by the other fork, and
an elastic support adjustably mounted on the
frame and engaging the flange on the rim on 45
opposite sides of the vertical plane through
the axis of the hub.
