the obligations of the Encampment
may be met promptly?
There were 923 persons attending
classes Thursday morning. This is
quite an increase over last year.
More than 1200 have enrolled in the
classes during the Encampment.

The State B. Y. P. U. Convention
of Texas is composed of 3,965 B. Y.
P. U.'s with a membership of approx-
imately 120,000. This Convention
owns and controlls the Palacios En-
campment. Encampment property is
valued at $150,000.

Notes and insurance amounting to
$3,440 will be due August 1, 1927.
The Treasurer of the Encampment
reports through the Executive Com-
mittee that there is only about $1,700.
in the treasury to take care of the
above mentioned items.
