Miss Crosbyton pageant,
scheduled for 7:30.
The contest is divided
into two categories.
Five year olds through
second grade students
will compete for "Little
Miss Petite Crosby-
ton." The "Little Miss
Crosbyton" crown will
be wcfrn by a third,
fourth or fifth grader.
Crosbyton Young
Homemakers sponsor
the pageant each year.
REHEARSAL FRIDAY
Each contestant "must
be present" for rehear-
sal at ft p.m. tomorrow
(Friday) in Pioneer Me-
morial Building.
"Circus" will be
theme for the Saturday
evening pageant. The
stage is to be adorned
with large stuffed ani-
mals, cotton candy, pop-
corn sacks and balloons.

Miss McClure will be graduated from
Crosbyton High School in May. The prospective
bridegroom is a 1973 graduate of Crosbyton
High and will graduate in May from Commercial
College.
The couple plan to exchange marriage vows
June 1 in the First Baptist Church in Crosbyton.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend.

Chapter observed Na-
tional FHA Week, March
31 through April 6, with
special activities.
Sunday was Spiritual
Day. Miss Anna Potop-
owitz, Mrs. Jesus Men-
dez, Anna Mendez, Mary
Pereida, Maria Osuna,
Sharon Fox, Tanya Cor-
nelius and Beverly Grif-
| fin attended St. Joseph
[ Catholic Church in
Crosbyton. They wore
their red and white uni-
forms and enjoyed lunch
in Ralls.
Monday was Education
Day. Bulletin boards
concerning education
were placed through-
out the school. Mem-
bers wore red and white
while serving the teach-
ers in observance of
Teacher Appreciation.
Safety and Health Day
was observed Tuesday.
Lessons on safety were
prepared and presented
to elementary students
at McAdoo. Beverly
Griffin and Sharon Fox
gave a program to the
fourth grade, Gayla Neff
and Maria Osuna worked
with third grade, Pam
Key and Tanya Cor-
nelius presented a pro-
gram to first and se-
cond grade.
Wednesday, Fine Arts
Day was observed.
Homemakers Day was
Thursday. The young
women did various odd
jobs in their homes for
their mothers.

Day with the theme of
"Snow Your Colors."
Red, white and blue was
worn by FHA members.
Environment Day was
observed Saturday.
