resolution approved by the City Council of the City of Crosbyton
April 16, 1973, he increased to provide for a fuel cost adjustmen

each service classification, including Residential Service,
General Service, Cotton Gin Service and Industrial Feed Mill
and Elevator Service, from and after the 16th day of April,
1974, there shall be added thereto 0.20 cents per kilowatt
hour as a fuel eost adjustment.

APPLICABLE: To residential customers for electric service used
for domestic purposes in private residences and separately metered
individual apartments when all service is supplied at one point
of delivery, and measured through one kilowatt hour meter,
where facilities of adequate capacity and suitable voltage are
adjacent to the premises to be served. Single phase motors not
to exceed 10,horsepower, individual capacity, may be served
under t his rat e.

shall fail to pay the sewer charges on or before the 10th day of the month for
which the same is due, shall be subject to have his sew^r service discontinued
from the City of Crosbyton system and if discontinued, r.e connection will be
made thereafter with the City sewer system until such party shall have paid aJ l
