Abolish the 4th Congressional
District??
Attempts wore made during the 58th Session of the
Legislature to abolish the 4th Congressional District.
Through cooperation and efforts of Representative James
Cole with our Senator Ralph Hall, the district was saved.
Since the Federal Courts have ruled that the Legislature
must re-district, the 4th Congressional District is In
danger again.
James D. Cole can better represent your
views in the Congressional Redistricting
battle because of his legislative exper-
ience and his seniority in the House.

Mr. and Mrs. Basil Richardson
and Mr. and Mrs. R. Conine of
Bonham were visitors here Sun-
day with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wood,
Jr.
in St. Louis. He said that Mis-
son Fairs can be very instruct-
ional for the members because the
visual Impact of seeing displays
about Mission fields can arouse the
interest of all church members
to the opportunities in the field.
Once we are informed, we will be
stirred to action. He suggested
that several Churches get together
and invite missionaries who are
home on furlough to come and
tell about their experiences. First-
hand accounts are always better.
To end the day’s proceedings,
Pastor Meyer said a prayer ,Ahd
,then the Lord’s Prayer was prayed
in Unison.
