Ron, 15, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Clarence E. Soucek, 10713

on his grandmother’s farm near
Conroe. He was riding in the
rear of a pick-up truck which
was pulling an empty stock trail-

trailer and truck and the trailer
rolled over him, resulting in
serious neck injuries.
Ron was fitted with a new
type of cast and shoulder brace,
only the twelfth time it has been
applied in Houston and his doc- j
tor has indicated it may be off
by the time school .starts. His
J lamuy nns anectmnately dubbed
him their "space man” since it
has the appearance of a ppace
