BROWNIES COMPLETE STUDIES AT MUSEUM
Brownies of Troop I 514 in Westbury have had a busy Spring!
The latter part of April the troop made field trips to the
Museum of Natural History for interesting studies on Texas
wild flowers and Indians of the Southwest. An all day pic-
nic and outing was enjoyed by the group at Tennwood
Country Club on May T. The following Brownies comprise
Troop 1514: Kay Chapman, Debbie Clause, Sharon Coldren,
Rene Durrett, Linda Emshoff, Debbie Galyon, Rosalind Jack-
, ler, Brenda Matteson, Ginger Middleton, Terry Miller, Kathy

After a special meeting to ex-

Marilyn Estates Residents
Study Street Lights, Marker
Street lights and a subdivision plot of land just south of the
marker were among the projects
approved at the monthly meet-
ing of the Marilyn Estates Civic
Club board of directors on May
18 at the Willowisp Country
Club. Seventeen directors and
club members were in at-
subdivision into a recreation ar-
ea. Plans will be submitted to
a general meeting for approval
at a later date.

Man Dies In Belgium
Word has been received here
Thursday of the death of Sister
Marie Celine of Ft. Worth, Tex-
as whose brother, George F. By-
ron, resides at 5455 Edith.
Sister Celine died in Namur,
Belgium where she was a mem-
ber ‘of the Order of the Sisters
of St. Mary of Namur.
