Important Announcement
FOREST HOME
•1
1
A beautiful new home addition for colored people, that will con-
tain sanitary sewer, city water, shell streets and shell sidewalks, is
now ready for the market. This is the first time in the history of
Houston that an addition for colored people, containing all of these
improvements, has been placed on the market.
FOREST HOME is located in the Third Ward. Holman Street
runs through the center of it. Development work will begin immedi-
ately, but on account of having already so many calls for lots, we
have decided to put it on the market now, so that those who are in-
terested may select lots at this time. -
The prices of lots in Forest Home are reasonable and these prices
will include the cost of all improvements, including water tap and
sewer connections on the back of the lot
If you are looking to make a good investment, and secure an ex-
ceptionally desirable place to build your home, select your lot in
Forest Home early.
J. H. ROBERTSON, OUR COLORED AGENT, LOCATED AT
3201 PIERCE AVENUE, AND WHOSE PHONE IS HADLEY 6924,
WILL BE GLAD TO SHOW YOU THIS PROPERTY AND GIVE YOU
INFORMATION RELATIVE THERETO.
'Or, if you prefer, you may call our office over either one of the
phones shown below. In a few days we will issue a circular covering
Forest Home, but in the meantime you can secure information and
make an appointment to see the property by getting in touch as
stated before, either with our office or with J. H. Robertson.

Do not delay, because this is a real opportunity to secure a valu-
able hofhesite in the most beautiful colored residence addition that
has ever been put on in Houston.
