The distribution will lie made by blindfolded children, from two glass wheels, the
contents of which can lie seen by all present. One wheel will contain tigs gifts on
printed slips in sealed circular tidies, and the ot her "leather tags with numbers on them
corresponding to those on the I(10,1100 tickets. The contents of both wheels are thor-
oughly mixed hy revolving, the child at the first wheel will draw a number therefrom, then
the child at the second wheel will draw a gift therefrom, and the gift thus drawn will be-
long to the number drawn immediately before it, Thus this process will continue until !
gifts and numbers are drawn. An official registry of the gifts as drawn will be |
kept by two of the most accurate clerks that can ne secured.
