Mayor of said city, do issue this my
proclamation, calling upon and re-
quiring nil persons, firms or corpo-
rations w ithin the said city,to clean
up and remove all dead earcaisc*,
offal, slops, decaying substances of
any character. Collars in which
there is stagnant Wutcr, litter and
offensive matter ot meat markets,
tho discharge from stables, and any
and all foul nnd nauseous substanc-
es whatever, from their premises, or
in front of, in rearof or near thereto.
Upon fttilurc of any person or
persons to comply with said procla-
mation by the 20th ot May, 1870,
they will be dealt with as prescrib-
ed in tho Ordinance aforesaid.
