FARMER BUYS BOOTS
STOLEN FROM HIM
FORT WORTH, (UP) — Andrew
Schroeder, Tarrant county farmer,
thought the boots he bought at a
second-hand store had an exception-
ally good fit. The more he thought
about it, the more they resembled a
pair of boots stolen from his auto-
mobile parked downtown several
days earlier.
A check with police, and the sec-
ond-hand dealer showed that
Schroeder actually had purchased
his own boots. A negro had brought
them to the store.
