Beautiful autumn flowers and cut
loses attractively decorated the en-
tertaining rooms. The refreshment
table was covered with a lovely lace
cloth and Mrs. Melvin Wright pre-
sided at the punch bowl. Miss Sue
Braxton registered the guests.
The bride-elect was presented with
many lovely gifts which were dis-
played during the party hours. Fif-
ty guests called at the Hutton home.

at the bedside of her granddaughter,
Glenda Thompson, who has been
seriously ill the past week, but is
Improved at this writing. She is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L.

proud parents of an 8-pound daugh-
ter, born Thursday. She has been
named Patsy Darlene.
Mrs. Samuels of Vernon is visit-
ing her daughter, Mrs. A. J. Phillips

Mr. and Mrs. Frazier Pierce and
