—Chairman J. Buell Snyder an-
nounced today that the war depart-
ment subcommittee will hear army
engineers soon on the $54,000,000
Red River dam project near Deni-
son Texas.

gineers on projects throughout the
nation before the same recommen-
dations are placed before the
House appropriations subcommit-
tee, which heard Oklahoma adver-
