Mrs Raymond Zeigler was

Thursday Literary Club on
last Thursday afternoon, when
the group met in her home for
the annual Christmas party.
A holiday air pervaded the
entertaining rooms with a large,
decorated Christmas tree hold-
ing gifts for the exchange
among members. Holly and red
candles were used at vantage
points with miniature poln-
settias across the mantel.
The tea table was laid with
a red net cloth and centered
with silver candelabra hold-
ing red candles.
Mrs. Clyde Whittle presided
over the meeting which was
opened with the Club Collect.
Mrs. Royce Lewis served as
leader of the program.
Mrs. Milt Williams read a
poem entitled “A Christmas

ty Community, was named
honoree at a recent shower
when gifts were presented to
the new baby son, Matthew
Daron.
