by her ‘father, wore a dress of
raw silk. She wore a small vel-
vet halo hat with a finger-tip
veil. The bridal bouquet was
centered with an orchid and was
placed on a pearl covered Bible.
Attending the couple were
Miss Nancy Hayes, sister of the
bride, and Max Chambers, Step1
henville. Candle lighters were
Allan Frayer and John Hayes,
cousins of the bride.
A reception wa^lheld im-
mediately following the cere-
mony. Centering the refresh-
of blue and white carnations.
Punch ahd wedding cake were
served members of the two fam-
ilies attending the wedding. Pre-
siding at the refreshment table
were Miss Lou Hayes, coustn of
the bride, Mrs. Eldred FiyepV
and 1 Mrs. Carlton Murphy.
A white linen cloth was used
on the table where guests regis-
tered. Blue and white carna-
tions * in a crystal vase graced
the table. Roylynn Hayes pre-
sided .at the guest book. Blue
and white net rice bags were
given to guests by Claudia Hay-
es, sister of the bride, and Ed-
die Fryer and Sonny Murphy.

The Dublin Ypung Home-
makers and Young Farmers
met Saturday night, Jan. 11, at
7:30 in the Agricultural Building
for a hamburger supper and a.
business meeting.
Hamburgers were served to
the families present along with
Fritoes, potato chips and cold
drinks. The Young Homemakers
served home made pies, cakes,
| cookies and candy.
The two clubs then moved into
separate rooms to conduct busi-
ness meetings. The Young
Homemakers voted to extend
After the business meeting
the Young Homemakers enjoyed
games of Mexican Dominoes
while the Young Farmers con-
tinued their business meeting.
