The superintendent reported an en-
rollment of 727 pupils with a month-
ly roll of 606 at the close of the 7th
month, tip to date he had collected
$543.85 for tuition and the prospects
appear te be good for more than
$700, an especially good showing in
view of the raising of the age of the
scholastics to 21 years, permitting of
the collection of no tuitions from

The University has again placed the
Dublin achool on the affiliated list and
with an increase of 1 1-2 unit* of cred-
its and two units more Is being asked
on German for which papers have al-
ready been died. The average daily
attendance In school during the past
month was 574.

W. It. Waaeon, one of the early res-
idents of Dublin and for many years
a prominent banker, business man

died at hi* home at 2126 State street,
Dallas, at 7 o'clock yesterday morn-
ing.
Mr. and Mrs. Wasson left Dublin
nine year* ago to reside in Dallas,
to which place their son, William
