ByrOn D. C. Stark, recovered a
four-fifth (4-5 or eighty (80%)
interest in and to the tracts
of land herein described, and
the remaining one-fifth (1-5) or
twenty (20 per cent) per cent In-
terest in and to said tracts of
land was decreed in M. L. Lefler,
as trustee; that the one-fifth (1-5)
or twenty (20 per cent) per cent
interest so decreed of the said
M. L. Lefler as trustee, was for
the use and benefit of himself
and the said W. M. Crook, H. C.
Cunningham, and George E. Mur-
phy in the following proportions:
the plaintiff, W. M. Crook, thirty-
eight (38 per cent) per cent of
said one-fifth (1-5) interest; the
defendant, H. Cl Cunningham,
twefity-one (21 per cent) per
cent interest in sgid one-fifth
That the plaintiff, W. M. Crook,
resides in the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas; that the
defendants, Bessie Lefler, a wid-
ow, H. C. Cunningham, and
George E. Murphy are each and
all residents of Jefferson County,
Texas; that the defendants, Pearl
Stark, also known as Pearlie
Stark, Victor Melvin Stark, a mi-
nor, William Lester Stark, a mi-
nor, and Ruse Mary Stark, a mi-
nor, are each and all residents of
the City of Orange, Orange Coun-
ty, Texas; that the defendants,
Donna Pearl Higginbotham and
husband, Gervis Higginbotham,
are residents of Port Arthur, Jef-
ferson County. Texas, residing at
1115 Fort Worth Avenue in said
city; that the defendant, Mina
Ruth Stark, a fenle sole, is a non-
resident of the State of Texas,
and resides in Osceola, Florida;
that the defendants, A. J. Pickett
and wife, Mrs. A. J. Pickett, C. W.
Block and wife, Ruby Block, C. A.
Morgan and wife, Gertie Morgan,
Crease Burch, a feme sole, Lena
