Mrs. Moore is a graduate of Or-
ange High school1 and attended
North Texas State Teachers col-
lege. She is employed, as secre-
tary to E. 1. Hardy at .the Or-
ange Pulp and Paper Mills.
Mr. Moore, also a graduate of
Orange high school, attended La-
mar college. He served as staff

Friday evening, February 14, at

The altar was decorated with
calls lilies and greenery.

played "Ave Maria” and the tra-
ditional wedding marches, also
the accompaniment for Miss
Mary Frances Cottle who sang
“O Perfect Love" and "The Lord’s
Prayer" by Malotte.
The bride was given In mar-
riage by Ernest Cottle, a close
friend. She wore a navy blue Ted
Stein suit with navy and white
accessories and carried a white
prayer book topped with white
spray orchids. ,
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Turner
were the only attendants, Mrs.
Turner wearing a pink suit with
black accessories and carrying a
nosegay of jweetpeas and violets.
Ushers were H. D. Hodge and
Alton Turner.
After the ceremony, a recep-
tion for members of the family
and a few close friends was held
with Mrs, J. Howard Smith, Mrs.
H. p. Hodge. Mrs. Dorothy Smith
and Mrs. G. A. Goynes as hos-
tesses at the home of Mrs. Smith.

Doctors' Day was observed by
the Ladies' Auxiliary to the Or-
ange County Medical Society at
a dinner on Friday evening in
the private dining room of De-
