Judge A. B. Yantis returned
from Austin this morning where
he has been for the past week at
the bedside of his brother, Justiee
J. K. Yantis whom he left much
improved.
Justiee Yantis had a stroke of
apoplexy ten days ago, and his
condition was considered serious
for the time being. However, he
has recovered so rapidly that at-
tending physicians are very hope-
ful o/ I)is complete recovery. Judge
Yantis states that Ids brother has
good use of all his limbs, but that
his speech is affected. This is
thought to be due probably to the
fact that his tonsils were remov-
ed just before he was stricken
down, and his throat is still in-
flamed from the operation.
The news of Justice Yantis re-
covery is good news to the eitizen-
! ship of Nolan county where he
lived many years and is held in
high esleem hv all our people.
